Tired of Septic Companies Who Cut Corners?

Nobody minds paying for good work. What folks can't stand is stress, surprise charges, and a torn-up yard — especially with something as messy as a septic system. We hear the same complaints across Belton and the Upstate:

  • No-shows when your tank is backing up right now
  • Surprise charges tacked on after the truck arrives
  • Yards left rutted, muddy and torn up
  • "Replace the whole system" when a pump-out would do
  • Guys who won't explain what's actually wrong
  • Voicemail boxes that never call you back

That's exactly why the Upstate has trusted Davis Septic for 30+ years.

We Leave the Yard Right

Grading and cleanup are our trade. When the truck pulls off, your lawn looks like we were never there — not like a battlefield.

Exceeded expectations. Had what I thought was a small simple issue (septic tank clean out) — turned out to be a half-day issue. JJ and his help worked hard to fix all issues and keep me updated while I was out at work. Went above and beyond fixing issues. I would HIGHLY recommend using their service.

Chose this family-run company based on all the raving reviews... they were not wrong. Fast, knowledgeable, and thorough with a full system replacement/relocation. Answered all my questions along the way and took care to mark the line in anticipation of foundation work for an addition. Highly recommend!!!

Frequently Asked Questions

How often should I have my septic tank pumped?+

For most homes, every 3 to 5 years — sooner for larger households or smaller tanks. If you're seeing slow drains, gurgling, odors or wet spots over the drain field, don't wait. We can check yours and put you on a simple schedule so it never becomes an emergency.

My drains are slow / the toilet is backing up — is that an emergency?+

Often, yes. A backing-up system can flood floors and damage the drain field fast. Call us right away — we answer after hours and can usually get a truck to you quickly to pump it down and find the cause.

Do you install brand-new septic systems?+

We do — permitted new installs and full tank replacements, concrete or plastic, sized to your home and soil test. We handle the digging, the tank, the drain field and the inspection so it's done to code the first time.

Do you do grading and land clearing too, or just septic?+

Both. Grading, lot leveling, land clearing, 'yard rip,' gravel driveways, culverts, drainage and small demolition are all part of what we do. Running our own heavy equipment is exactly why we can install septic without wrecking your yard.

Can you pump a mobile home, rental or commercial system?+

Yes — residential, mobile-home, rental and commercial systems are all in our wheelhouse. Property managers and landlords call us for regular service across the Upstate.

I'm selling my house and need a septic inspection — can you help fast?+

Absolutely. Real-estate pump-outs and inspections for closings are routine for us, and we know they're time-sensitive. Call us with your closing date and we'll work to fit you in.

Will you tear up my yard getting to the tank?+

We do everything we can not to. Grading is our trade, so we get equipment in and out carefully, dig only what's needed, then backfill, level and clean up. Most customers are surprised how good the yard looks when we leave.

What areas do you serve?+

Belton and Anderson are home base, and we cover the surrounding Upstate — Williamston, Honea Path, Pelzer, Piedmont, Pendleton, Easley, Powdersville and beyond. Not sure if you're in range? Just call.

Backed up, or building? We'll handle it.

Call, text, or send a message — pumping, installs, grading or an emergency. One call to Belton's Crap Magician and we're on the way.
